MHFA 2-day training

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)

MHFA 2-day training

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course, traditionally delivered over 2 days, to become an Adult Mental Health First Aider.

This course can be delivered in the classroom, or through blended learning including self-directed study and live webinars.

Suitable for all adults in the workplace aged 16+.  No prior learning in this subject is assumed.

Learning takes place in 4 structured sessions with clear goals and outcomes, through a mix of interactive exercises, presentations and discussion. Each session is built around a Mental Health First Aid Action Plan.

Our trainers create a confidential “safe place” so that any mental health or personal disclosures during your course are heard with respect and signposting support can be offered.

What will I learn?
