1. Training Courses
The indication of course availability and location shown on the website is for general guidance only. Please wait for your booking confirmation before making any travel or accommodation arrangements.
The contents of course schedules are intended for general guidance only and do not form any part of a contract. Â Blossom Mental Health Training Ltd. reserves the right to make any reasonable variations to public and in-house courses, including the content of the courses, without notice.
It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that the course content meets their requirements.
Unless otherwise indicated, all courses are delivered solely in English, and all delegates must be sufficiently proficient in English language before attending a course.
Course duration’s are clearly stated on the website and in the information sent out prior to booking.
2. Booking and Registration Information
Where booking by telephone and online, we will confirm your booking by sending an email to your nominated address, which shall include the details of your booking.
Registration information, including directions to the venue and timings, will be sent to the client by email at least 7 days prior to the event. Â Any client not receiving the registration information by 7 days prior to the event should contact us.
3. Prices
The price payable for the Services shall be the price in the booking confirmation. The price is for training only and does not include travel, accommodation, meals or other related expenses unless explicitly stated.
4. Delegate behaviour
The courses provided by Blossom Mental Health Training Ltd. challenges the stigma and discrimination that often surround the subject of mental health and helps people start an adult conversation on the subject which can ultimately lead to healthier people, workplaces and communities. Delegates are therefore, expected to be respectful and considerate to each other as they learn about and discuss these sensitive and in some cases personal topics. Delegates are expected to respect the venue house rules which will be outlined at the start of each session. Bullying, harassment, abusive or illegal behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. Any delegate displaying such behaviour will be excluded and Blossom Mental Health Training Ltd. will not be liable for any losses or expense (including course fees and consequential damages) incurred by a delegate arising from such an exclusion.
5. Cancellation and Transfers
Blossom Mental Health Training reserve the right to cancel a course at any time and offer an alternative date, a credit or a refund without any liability for consequential or indirect loss. Blossom Mental Health Training Ltd. Â reserves the right to arrange an alternative date or venue for a course within a reasonable distance of travel from the original venue should it be required for reasons outside of our control. Â In such circumstances, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of cancellation or change to the Client and in the event of cancellation on our part, the client will receive a full refund.
We accept no liability for any interference or curtailment of training  arising from acts of God, War, Terrorism or other circumstances completely outside of our control.
The Client may cancel the course booking by notifying us in writing by acknowledged email or by post as soon as reasonably practicable. Â The Client shall also be deemed to have cancelled the course booking if the delegate does not attend the event. The Client shall be liable to pay a cancellation fee as follows:Â
Number of Days Notice of cancellation   Proportion of Course Fee Payable
- Less than 7 days before the date: Â 100% Â (Plus reimbursement of any travel and accommodation already booked)
- More than 7 days, but less than 14 days before the date: Â 75%
- More than 14 days, but less than 28 days before the date: Â 50%
- More than 28 days before the date: 0%
In the event that a delegate does not attend and no notice is given then the full course cost will be charged.
In the event that a delegate is unable to attend then Blossom Mental Health Training allows the place to be transferred to another delegate from the same workplace.

6. Minimum and maximum participants
Due to stipulations from MHFA England there are strict maximum delegate numbers that must be adhered to. A maximum of 16 delegates are allowed on the one and two day courses and 25 delegates on the half day course and if more arrive then extra delegates will be turned away. There are no minimum requirements, however Blossom Mental Health Ltd. recommends a minimum number of 8 participants to facilitate good discussion and ensure course activities are of value.
7. Payment
Blossom Mental Health Training Ltd will invoice following the course and payment is expected within 30 days of invoice date. Electronic payment is preferred and details can be found on the invoice.
8. Data Protection and Confidentiality
The policy of Blossom Mental Health Training Ltd. with respect to data protection is detailed in these Terms and Conditions, and it’s Privacy Policy which should be read in conjunction with these terms and conditions of the contract. The Privacy Policy can be found on the website. Data requested will always be data that is essential to carry out services requested by the Client. All data is held securely for the duration required in order to carry out services requested by the client and as required by Law.
9. Complaints
Blossom Mental Health Training Ltd. strives to deliver high quality, informative and inspiring training that leads to healthier people, workplaces and communities.  These terms and conditions are correct as of the 01st January 2019 and are reviewed annually.
