Blossom Mental Health training has been working with Morrison Utility Services since 2017. In that time, we have designed a bespoke mental health strategy for the business and have supported employee education with a number of mental health and suicide intervention courses.

During the COVID-19 crisis we designed and delivered a video series which supported employees of both Morrison Utility Services and the wider M Group Services, to develop a Wellbeing Action Plan. The videos supported staff with information and tips to help identify stressors and their impact, explore resilience, good mental health habits, healthy eating habits and sleep hygiene.

In addition, a series of online webinars were held for line managers, mental health first aiders and furloughed staff.
